- By setting the training advantages for the sake of making proper CAPA in Gap analysis or other regulatory observations
- By distributing the audience into different groups and sessions and intervals to make sure that the training will be efficient for the targeted groups
- After the course is being completed, a training evaluation will provide insight into the training’s effectiveness.
